By downloading, installing, or using Imposter - Party Word Game ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Imposter is a social party game where players try to identify the "imposter" who doesn't know the secret word. The App is designed for entertainment purposes and requires multiple players in the same physical location.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes
Not use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the App
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
Play responsibly and respectfully with other players

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

5.1 Premium Subscription

The App offers optional premium subscriptions that provide access to additional features, including:

All word categories
Premium themes
Multiple imposter modes
Ad-free experience
Custom word packs

5.2 Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase

5.3 Pricing

Monthly subscription: $4.99 USD per month
Yearly subscription: $29.99 USD per year (approximately $2.50/month)
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

5.4 Free Trial

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms of Use are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App or your use of it.
