By downloading, installing, or using Periodix ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Periodix is an educational application designed to help users learn and memorize the periodic table of elements through interactive quizzes and reference materials.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful code or interfere with the App's operation

Subscriptions and Purchases

Periodix offers optional premium subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

Free Trial

If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may only use one free trial per Apple ID.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Element data is based on publicly available scientific information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all element information is complete or error-free. The App is for educational purposes and should not be used as a sole reference for academic or professional work.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
