By installing or using Atlas Quest ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on any Apple device you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its contents.
Atlas Quest Premium is offered via auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Apple's App Store:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via the in-app "Manage in App Store" link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — partial refunds are at Apple's discretion.
If you cancel a free trial before it ends, you will not be charged.
Quiz content is assembled from public sources including REST Countries, Natural Earth, and Wikidata, and reviewed before inclusion. Geography is a moving target; borders, capitals, and currencies change. We try to keep content current but make no warranty of real-world accuracy.
You agree not to use the app in ways that violate law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt Apple's services or the app's operation.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
