MycoLog ("the App") is a mushroom foraging tracker developed by Sebastian Doyle. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
MycoLog does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data you enter into the app, including species logs, GPS coordinates, photos, and notes, is stored locally on your device only.
The App may request access to your device's location services to tag foraging finds with GPS coordinates. This location data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server or third party.
The App may request access to your photo library to attach photos to foraging logs. Photos are stored locally within the app's data and are never uploaded or shared externally.
MycoLog does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
All app data is stored on your device using Apple's secure data storage frameworks. If you delete the app, all associated data will be removed from your device.
MycoLog does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
